vanilla scented knees

Last Saturday (the 10th), we had another one of our get togethers at Tiffany's house. I think these started like three years ago, spring break of my eighth grade year, and it just never ended. Recently our parents figured out that four out of five parents are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary this year and this summer has consisted of going over every weekend to celebrate another one. This time was for my own parents and Tiffany's parents were hosting. Amazing night.

It was raining ridiculously hard when I woke up. D:

lmao, I walk in and Julia's stash of glitter has been cracked open, along with a bottle of black nail polish. Julia and Tiffany painted my nails for the first time in years. I've been deprived. Julia was rather liberal with the glitter and poured on the gold kind and the white kind on my nails, the sort that shines turquoise and purple in light. I loveeee it, especially in low lighting, when it's just turquoise and gold flecks on black.

Lady Kevkev found the modified 3D glasses hipster glasses and my lens caps. and yes, that nail has gold glitter on it. It's weird, he goes through random bouts of camwhoring, and then camera shyness immediately after. I'll never understand it.

Julia and I started taking pictures with the old film projector rolls I salvaged from my school library. They used to use these to teach haikus paired with pictorial representations. The colors are all faded, yellowing on the edges and they smell a little funny, but they're beautiful. I was handmodeling with them coiled around my arms for a little bit.

Haha, we're being freaks and messing around with the rolls in the piano room and everyone walks past just giving us weird looks. And then, Tiffany, bless her heart, sees them thinks they're the coolest things ever and is totally willing to model for us.

After a few rounds of ninja, piggybackrides, and embarrassing Kevin in from of the girlfriend he's been hiding away from us, Tiffany bought out her amazing collection of nail polish. And of course we torment Kevin some more and put glitter on his nail. Yup, we live for this.
